Thai (Yoga)



Haven’t been stretching? Are you feeling stiff and too tired or busy for yoga or stretching? Just relax and let us do the stretching for you. Thai massage uses stretching and compression to help you loosen up and to get blood & energy flowing. 90 min minimum and please wear loose fitting clothing for easy mobility.


Deep Tissue



If you’re an athlete, you have chronic pain, or you just slept funny and are hurting, then you’ll want a deep tissue massage. While this type of massage is less relaxing than Swedish, the deeper pressure and targeted areas are much more therapeutic.
